NetBond - Terms & Conditions

• NetBond is available only to users 18 years or older.
• Users must provide accurate and complete information during registration.
• Each user is responsible for maintaining the security of their account.
• NetBond is not responsible for losses caused by unauthorized access due to user negligence.
• Providing false or misleading information may result in suspension or termination.

• NetBond operates as a C2C digital marketplace facilitator.
• NetBond does not sell, resell, or distribute subscriptions.
• Users exchange temporary seat access, not ownership.
• Brand names and logos are used only for identification purposes.

• Seats must come from legally purchased multi-user, family, or enterprise plans.
• Only unused seats may be listed.
• Trial, student, cracked, or unauthorized access is prohibited.
• Access details must be delivered accurately and on time.
• Password sharing in chat is not allowed unless facilitated by NetBond systems.
• NetBond may remove listings or suspend sellers for violations.

• Buyers purchase temporary access, not ownership.
• Access is valid only for the listed duration.
• Further sharing or misuse of access is prohibited.
• A new purchase is required once access expires.

• Users may create one listing per hour.
• Listings are displayed based on rotation, trust score, and quality metrics.
• NetBond may reorder or remove listings to prevent misuse.

Payments

• All payments are processed via third-party gateways.
• NetBond bears all payment gateway charges.
• No gateway fees are charged to users.

Buyer Platform Fee

• A 10% platform fee is charged to buyers.
• Fee can be waived using a valid referral or discount code.

Seller Platform Fee

• 20% fee on 7 days, 15 days, 1 month, and 45 days access.
• 25% fee on 3 months access.
• 30% fee on 6 months and 1 year access.
• Fees are deducted before wallet credit.

Seller Wallet & Withdrawals

• Earnings credited after successful access delivery.
• Withdrawals available after 7 days.
• Withdrawals via UPI, QR code, or bank account.
• Processed within 24 business hours (bank delays may apply).

Eligible for Refund

• Access not delivered
• Expired or incorrect credentials
• Non-working access

Not Eligible for Refund

• Issue reported after 24 hours
• Access is functional
• Buyer misuse or sharing
• Issues caused by buyer device or third-party platform changes

Refund decisions by NetBond are final.

• All communication must stay within NetBond.
• Sharing contact details, OTPs, or passwords is prohibited.
• Chat is for order coordination only.

• Buyer and seller personal data is protected.
• Personal and financial details are not shared.
• Data sharing only occurs for legal or security reasons.

• Listing fake or unauthorized access
• Manipulating pricing, reviews, or rankings
• Fraud, harassment, or abuse
• Bypassing platform safeguards
• Violating third-party platform policies

• Policy violations
• Fraud or misuse
• Repeated complaints
• Legal or compliance requirements

Account deletion is permanent and irreversible.

NetBond is not affiliated with or endorsed by any brand and is not responsible for third-party policy changes or service interruptions.

NetBond may update features, pricing, or policies at any time. Continued use implies acceptance of updates.

• Third-party enforcement actions

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. All disputes fall under Indian jurisdiction.
