Return & Refund Policy – NetBond
NetBond is committed to providing a reliable platform for digital subscription purchases. If a purchased product does not function as expected, we offer a transparent refund policy while maintaining platform fairness and integrity.
Eligibility for refund
Refunds are only processed if the provided digital subscription credentials are not working or inaccessible. The issue must be reported within 24 hours of purchase. Once reported, NetBond will investigate and coordinate with the seller to resolve the problem or issue a refund if the issue remains unresolved.
Minimum refund duration: If a refund is approved, please allow 5–7 business days for the amount to be reflected in the method you used to pay us — the refund will be delivered to the same account
Gateway charge deduction
If a refund is approved, NetBond will deduct a small payment gateway processing charge between 2% and 4% from the total amount. The remaining balance will be refunded to the buyers NetBond wallet or linked bank account.
Non-refundable scenarios
Refunds are not applicable in the following cases:
- The subscription has been used or accessed successfully
- The issue is reported after 24 hours of purchase
- The subscription expired before the refund request
- The buyer fails to provide enough details for claim verification
How to raise a refund request
Buyers must go to their order history section, select the respective order, and click on report an issue. Provide accurate information and screenshots (if applicable). NetBond support team will verify and assist accordingly.
Final Note
NetBond is a digital-only platform. We do not ship physical products. All deliveries are conducted via email and order history. Hence, no shipping charges are applied at any stage.
